Time: 1 hour per output type (one focused day for 6–8 types)
Setup
- All output types listed (start with: blog posts, outbound emails, inbound responses, one-pagers; add case studies, LinkedIn posts, newsletter drafts, landing pages, meeting prep briefs as needed)
- Quality owner identified for each output type (the person with the sharpest editorial sense for that specific format)
- Any output types without a clear quality standard flagged as “needs definition before automation”
Example Selection
- One “good” example selected per output type (the one the quality owner would point to and say “aim for this”)
- If no good example exists for a type, flagged as “produce a quality benchmark first”
Annotation
- Each example annotated: what makes the opening effective?
- Each example annotated: what’s the structural approach and why?
- Each example annotated: what’s the tone, and where’s the line between confident and generic?
- Each example annotated: what specific details make it feel human?
- Each example annotated: what’s the most common failure mode for this output type?
Template Assembly
- Quality template created per output type with: the full example, inline annotations, 3–5 anti-patterns, and a 5–7 item review checklist
- Review checklist includes: matches brand voice? Claims backed by evidence? Sounds like a person? Comfortable if a prospect reads it? Contains at least one detail only we could provide?
Brand Brain Load
- All quality templates stored in Brand Brain, tagged by output type
- Quarterly review reminder set to revisit and update templates with better examples and new anti-patterns
