Time: 2–4 hours per function (one focused day for a skeleton-crew operator)
Process Mapping
- Content production mapped end-to-end (idea → published), every step numbered with who/tool/time
- Sales outbound mapped end-to-end (account selection → outreach → follow-up)
- Inbound lead processing mapped end-to-end (form submission → response → meeting)
- Thought leadership / events mapped end-to-end (planning → recording → repurposing → distribution)
- ABM mapped end-to-end (account selection → research → personalization → outreach), if applicable
- Case study production mapped end-to-end (customer outreach → interview → draft → approval → publish)
Step Tagging
- Every step tagged as: Human Judgment (stays human), Assembly Work (workflow candidate), or Monitoring & Deciding (agentic candidate)
- Defined vs. Decides framework (Ch3) applied to each step
Connection Analysis
- Handoffs where context gets lost identified (e.g., sales insights not reaching content team, recordings not getting repurposed)
- Redundant work identified (e.g., same account researched twice, competitive positioning written separately by marketing and sales)
Prioritization
- Assembly work steps sorted by frequency × time cost
- Top automation targets identified and mapped to Ch13 build order
Brand Brain Load
- Each process map stored in Brand Brain with: function name, numbered steps, step type, tool used, time per occurrence, frequency
